Bianca Gebelin

President + Founder

Bianca Gebelin founded Aperio to contribute her relationship-based fundraising and consultative sales expertise to important causes. Her specialty is partnering with nonprofit leaders to articulate bold visions and then—critically—to bring them to life through strategic project management. She combines an executive perspective, data-driven approach, and talent for fundraiser management to expertly build the capacity, productivity, and success of philanthropy programs.

Prior to founding Aperio, Bianca served in leadership roles at The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and the American Red Cross, in addition to serving as a consultant to various smaller organizations. She holds a Master of Science in Global Affairs from New York University.


Ellen Claycomb

Director

Ellen Claycomb comes to Aperio Philanthropy with over fifteen years of experience in development. In that time, she has raised millions of dollars for nonprofits. She most recently led individual giving at Second Stage Theater and the New York Foundation for the Arts. Ellen's previous experience also includes development roles at the True Colors Fund, the American Red Cross, the Woman's National Democratic Club, and the National Partnership for Women & Families. She holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of Louisville. 


Courtney Forkum

Director

Courtney Forkum comes to Aperio Philanthropy with eight years of professional fundraising experience which includes, managing capital campaigns, major gifts, and annual giving. Her fundraising success has come from combining a metrics and data analysis with a collaborative work-style that places donor interests front and center. She fosters authentic relationships with staff, volunteers, and donors to enable her to unite donor and organizational passions and priorities. She most recently implemented and established the major gifts program at the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society’s San Francisco office. Courtney’s previous experience also includes development roles at The Nueva School and The Oklahoma State University Foundation. She holds a Bachelor’s in Communication and Leadership Studies from Pittsburg State University.
