Hobbies: Cooking, reading, practicing yoga, gardening, traveling with my husband, Alex, and taking pictures of my miniature schnauzer mix, Arthur

Causes I’m most passionate about: Cancer research and patient care, healthcare, children and families, animal welfare 

My fundraising story: Although I started out as an attorney, my desire to make a greater impact on the world lead me to nonprofit work. Since making that transition, I have spent the last seven years in development, focusing primarily on planned giving fundraising. I have built and managed multi-million dollar planned giving programs, overseen all varieties of individual giving, and created meaningful relationships with donors whose stories will stay with me always.   

Why I care about helping nonprofits grow: I believe the mission of every public charity is critical and that growing philanthropic support is key to fulfilling each mission now and into the future. As an insider in this industry, I know that under-performing development programs prevent these worthy causes from receiving the financial support that will truly move the needle and transform our world for the better, and I want to help change that.
