Causes I’m most passionate about: Intersectional analysis, racial and economic equity, immigration, supporting grassroots and nonprofit leaders, accessible funding/philanthropy, community engagement

My fundraising story: Following completion of my Master of Public Policy, I worked with Public Equity Group for two years consulting with nonprofit and grassroots organizations, focusing on community foundations. After gaining exposure to the impact of philanthropy, I joined Combined Jewish Philanthropies working on research and evaluation of their grant applications, donor experiences, and annual reports.

Why I care about helping nonprofits grow: Nonprofits provide initiatives, services, and advocacy to local and national communities in areas that may lack support or be historically overlooked. Philanthropic dollars can also fill gaps in funding to ensure nonprofits can continue mission-oriented work and serve communities.

Hobbies: Playing with my animals, exploring beaches, video games, going to concerts, doodling
