To get the ideas flowing, here are some potential topics…

  • What is inspiring you right now?

  • How are you pivoting your fundraising program in response to the crisis?

  • How are you engaging donors right now? What’s working well?

  • What major barrier have you overcome? What can others learn from it?

  • What is something your organization does particularly well? How do you do it?

  • What is the most important lesson you’ve learned in the past year? How have you put it into practice?

  • What creative approaches have you tested? What works?

  • What’s one ‘fundamental’ of relationship-based fundraising everyone should know how to do? Walk us through how you do it.

  • Tell us the story of an inspiring donor relationship.
