Workshop description
In this two-day virtual workshop, we’ll explore the GROW Coaching® methodology – providing you with practical, everyday tools for coaching members of your fundraising team in an engaging and collaborative environment.
Join fellow fundraising managers to share your perspectives and learn from each other with industry specific examples. Explore common challenges facing fundraising teams, build a sense of community among your peers, and develop tools to help your fundraising team navigate the evolving nonprofit landscape.
By the end of this workshop, you will feel confident applying the GROW Coaching® methodology to:
Build a coaching culture that fosters innovation and growth
Strengthen communication skills for improved clarity and collaboration
Drive accountability and achieve measurable results across teams

About the trainer
Mike Stefanski, President of Aperio Philanthropy, is an InsideOut Development® certified coach and fundraising leader with expertise in team leadership, strategic planning, major gifts, and corporate partnerships. Prior to joining Aperio, served in national leadership roles at the American Red Cross, overseeing high-level national corporate partnerships and developing strategic programs. Previously served America’s Promise Alliance and Conservation International.
