Causes I’m most passionate about: Voter registration, political advocacy, and progressive policy 

My fundraising story: Kendahl began her career in fundraising at the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee (DCCC), where she managed fundraising strategies, communications, and reporting for campaigns nationwide. She transitioned from political fundraising to nonprofits as a founding member of Ground Game Texas, a political advocacy organization. Kendahl was instrumental in driving fundraising initiatives that supported progressive policy initiatives across the state, through strategic partnerships, fundraising events, grant proposals, and digital campaigns. Kendahl holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from The George Washington University.

Why I care about helping nonprofits grow: Throughout my career, I’ve seen how organizations can transform the material realities of the communities they serve, and I’m passionate about empowering institutions to create and nurture the relationships that will support them in achieving their missions.

Hobbies: Playing guitar, painting, writing short stories.
