Learning about DEI in fundraising: Our reading list

DEI Training & Resources

If there is one thing that I have found encouraging about 2020, it’s that the nonprofit industry in general, and fundraising specifically, has seemingly taken the time to look at itself and diversity. Or, more accurately, its lack of diversity.  This is a multi-faceted issue and one that requires quite a bit of self-reflection on each of our parts.

Even as someone who deeply cares about this work, I know that there is always more that I can learn. I’m constantly looking for webinars, articles, and thought leaders in the space. I thought I might not be alone in this endeavor, so I put together a list of resources that I have found to be useful.
